Holy Pilgrimage - Hindu temples in USA
Hindu Temple & Cultural Center, Bothell, WA
3818 212th ST SE, Bothell WA 98021 (425) 483-7115
Welcome to the Hindu
Temple & Cultural Center, serving the Hindu community of
the Greater Seattle area. We are open 8AM-2PM (New Timings) (Priest services till
11AM) and 6:30PM-8:30PM on weekdays and 10AM-8:30PM on weekends
Mission
"Promote
social, cultural, religious, and spiritual understanding based upon Vedic
principles."
"The cultural
connection between your past and your future generations."
History
History:
The HTCC effort was begun in the early 1980's to fulfill the need of the
community for a place of worship, to celebrate festivals and other important
occasions. The land purchase was completed in 1994 and the plans for Phase I
were finalized by 1999. We applied in 2000 for a construction permit, which was
approved in late 2001. 2002 was a momentous year for HTCC, not only because
Phase I was constructed but also because of the tremendous support from
the community. In Feb of 2003, we installed the deities in the Phase I
building's worship room.
Temple Services
These programs are conducted every week unless
pre-empted by special poojas/events. Please refer to the up-to-date schedule on
the homepage. All temple poojas are conducted by the Temple priest, unless otherwise noted.
