At our temple, we have clearly
defined policy on Volunteering.
The scope of our
policy is to:
- To value and respect the volunteering service
- To assist students to complete the voluntary service hours as required by schools and educational institutions
- To provide reference letter to students who completed voluntary service with us.
- To accommodate youths and adults desirous of doing voluntary service
- To have a value-added data base of volunteers in our organization
- To use the services of volunteers when demand arise.
We require volunteers’ support
in the following areas:
- Cleaning
- Sorting receipts/tickets
- Packing, posting, labeling, coding, badging
- Regulate queue, meet & greet visitors
- Data entering, filing, Typing
- Moving goods within premises
- Assisting during pooja’s & festivals
- Water filling, garbage removal
- Segregation of currency coins
- Filling of oil/ghee for lamps
